The CPJ (Committee to Protect Journalists) issued The 10 Worst Countries to be a Blogger. Muslim-majority countries make up half, four of which are Arab countries.
but some bloggers do go way out of line .. & they deserve to be punished or it would be chaotic & anyone would write whatever they want with no regard whatsoever to anything & that is wrong.
